I have points expiring(per emails sent) but can't log into the app to view. Just completely logged me out and won't even allow me to log back in. I am not happy about this AT ALL!!

This app was working just fine but all of a sudden it logged me and my wife out and won't let us log back on. I've reset cache and data and even uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I've done a password reset too. I can log in to the online version fine, so it's not an account issue. What happened?!
