I know that hypnosis works, but I didn't think it would be this effective. I've been using this before going to nap or sleep at night for about three weeks, and I've experienced a noticeable difference in my relationship with food. And I've only been fully awake for the entire track once. I'll report again in a few more weeks.

She has a wonderfully soothing voice which always puts me to sleep and as a sufferer of insomnia this is a great thing! However, even though I am drifting off to sleep halfway through, it is evident that my subconscious has been affected a during the day I am making healthier food choices and feeling much better about myself. I have lost weight and will continue to do so. Its well worth paying for the full version as the different background sounds are lovely, and I like to alternate them from now

Very relaxing 25 minutes. I really hardly notice the speakers accent. Frequently sends me to sleep within minutes. Has helped with weight loss, giving me a loss of half a stone over two months which is maintained providing I use the app more or less daily. Have used for 3 months approx. But I still crave sweet food, fried food and that's something I really hoped to change.

Why do we have to pay for extra features on each meditation session by this company. A one-off payment should be enough

The hypnosis itself is really good. I have been using it daily for over a week now & I have started to notice a difference in my eating habits. I also paid to unlock the additional features as I had downloaded the sleep well & self-esteem hypnosis audios too, but I was extremely disappointed when I realized that the additional features only work on the weight loss hypnosis, which I purchased through, & not the other audios in the series. Disappointing that payment is required for every audio.
