It's a helpful way to keep track of what you're eating. The point system really works for me. I know it's not for everybody. But I managed to lose a lot of weight using the system. I would recommend it to people who are going to keep up with the tracking!

I'm SO disappointed in Weight Watchers. After 20 years of being a lifetime member they went back on their word to give me until February 2024 before having to go into a shop for weigh in. I had medical notes from my oncologist and their response was that there's nothing they can do about the rollback for lifetime membership. Basically they deactivated my account and will not help me in any way. Such poor customer service! I'm never going to recommend this program to anyone again.

I have been very frustrated as I cannot add or document weight for this week. It will not allow me. Is says cannot load data, tap to retry. I have done that many times. Have talked to coaches many times and have tried EVERYTHING they have told me to fix it. Still does not work. Now also have to manually put in my steps by tapping it instead of it doing it automatically. I'm paying for an app that is not working for the past several days!
