Start up clunky, but works great. The QR code in the instructions led me to a credit card app! Once I installed and then uninstalled that I searched for this app just because the company name was in the instructions (eutto would have been my next search). Everything worked when I closed and opened the program. I can see why people were worried about making the phone connection. It was not obvious how to do that. Maybe 10 minutes total, and I'm taking (gross) pics of my ears.

Love this tool. Bought it for myself but realized I can use it for my son, and it's made cleaning his ears a dream. He loves seeing inside his ears, and it keeps him calm and still! App works great and tool functions exactly as it should

App stopped working recently on all devices in our household. When you launch the app, it just crashes with a toast message that says "App not installed".

The app does not connect to the Wi-Fi per the instructions. Without the connection nothing happens with the app.

My device no longer works. I can see and attach to the local Wi-Fi it creates but app crashes app store when trying to open. I think the last update that fixed something else broke my ability to use the app on Android version 14, Samsung Galaxy S24
