On MSA electrofusion units WeldinAir app works in combination with the WeldinAir Bluetooth USB Dongle, an external hardware retrofit extending Bluetooth features to +GF+ MSA machines not natively equipped with Bluetooth.
The user can download from the welding machine the fusion records and associate pictures in order to create a bundle documenting the entire installation process. While the fusion is ongoing, a real-time welding monitor allows to share the machine display on the mobile device in order to be able to remotely check the process itself.
Using GPRS or Wi-Fi network, the information collected on the mobile device could be send to the supervisor using email or file sharing tools.
