Hello, please: 1) add to your instructions that "you need to return bikes to the same station that you took it from" 2) have at least 1 online chat or customer support service number. Yesterday we had an issue for more than hour, and we couldn't get instant support, so we had to ask parking lot worker who helped us. Sending e-mail is not the solution for you to solve issues which need immediate solution in such cases as bike rental! Overall bikes are amazing, but customer service sucks.
