Welica: Career Prep & Skills

Welica gets you ready for the career you want. Pick a role, and Welica builds the whole plan to reach it. Already working? Welica maps your climb to the next level in the role you have.

WHAT YOU GET

Every plan is a set of chapters. Each chapter is a few weeks of real work that ends in something you can show. Welica plays the plan for you one step at a time, so you always know what to do next.

Readings that make the work real, so you talk like someone who knows the field
The skills each role needs, explained plainly, with practice that builds them
Projects that end in a portfolio piece you keep and show in applications
Networking, said plainly: who to reach, what to say, and when
Interview prep with real questions and honest feedback
The qualifications that matter, and the ones you can skip

Most steps take a few minutes. A whole chapter takes a few weeks at about 30 minutes a day. You can change your daily minutes at any time.

406 ROLES, 8 CAREER AREAS

Software, data and AI. Engineering. Design and creative arts. Business and strategy. People and service. Trades and technical work. Public service. Health and science. From software engineer to nurse, electrician to teacher, every role has its own full plan.

GROW IN THE ROLE YOU HAVE

Already in the job? Tell Welica where you are now and the level you want next. You get a climb built for that one step up: the skills the next level asks for, the moves to make at work, and how to make your review count.

MORE THAN TECHNICAL SKILLS

A role takes people skills too. Welica has 16 full life skills courses, not videos. Communication. Problem solving. Relationship skills. Confident presence. Presentation skills. Public speaking. Purpose and values. Personal finance. Job interviews. Job search. And more.

STAY STEADY

Careers take time, and life happens in the middle. Quick check-ins show you simple patterns in your direction, energy, attention and connection. Short tools help you reset in two or three minutes. Your check-ins are private. Only you see them.

HONEST ABOUT AI

AI is changing every career, and Welica tells you how, role by role. See which roles are growing, which are steady, which are squeezed at entry, and which new ones are emerging. Field updates arrive monthly.
