The app makes assumptions and then actively says my health is much worse than it actually is. In my case, ever since I told it I'm Hispanic it keeps telling me I have diabetes and that I have to take my meds. I have never been diagnosed with diabetes. Worst part is now a lot of the content is about diabetes and my only choice is to remove it. I don't get to see the journeys a non-diabetic person should get. Apparently the company is unable to fix this.

I in good conscience recommend this app. Well Digital changed its rewards' policy without notifying users beforehand. I lost the opportunity to earn points I'd earned under the previous rules, and customer support refused to make a one-time exception, only repeating the new policy. Changing the rules without notice is unethical and destroys trust. Think carefully before sharing your non-public personal information (NPI) with a company that isn't transparent about policy changes.

Force closes on Start. Can't get it to open. I cleared cache and uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing works

Almost always getting notifications that spending my points didn't go through. Talking to my well guild over & over never helped. Tons of waited time. The things I could spend my points on weren't good and there was NO variety. Members mark version was cheaper than spending points on the name brand. NOTHING FREE! I could get 60+men's vitamins, but not women's vitamins. But I'm a 30s woman? So can't it be the other way around? Just don't let me get discount men's vitamins since I'm not a man?

This is one of those apps that you can only use if your employer or insurance actually offers it to you via invite—otherwise, you won't be able to make an account. So don't think you can just install and have a good resource for health stuff, or get paid to be healthy. Though, looking at the 1★ reviews, I'm learning it's not nearly as good as it initially seemed: ***people's insurance premiums are directly tied to constant engagement w/ this app!*** 🤯 That is horrible and shameful!🤬
