★★★★★ I can sign in with my blue cross blue shield credentials, but the app doesn't save my login information. The app will send an an email to log in every time and it's tedious. Why can't it cache my information? Is there a setting I can change, so I don't have to receive a one time code every time?

★★★★★ App won't let me log in anymore. It says, Oops. Before, I would have to log in and use 2FA every single time. This is such a massive waste of time. I'm going to reinstall to see if it helps. Update: It didn't help. Update: App now works as intended!

★★☆☆☆ App could be really useful, but having to 2FA (with code having to be emailed) every single time you log in kills it. No option to remember device, no option for code via text, no biometric/fingerprint login option. Like others have said, why is this app more secure than my banking apps? I finally just took a screenshot of my membership card, so I don't have to open the app to scan it when I go to the gym. Fix 2FA and it'd be a good app.

★★☆☆☆ The app just doesn't work. I've submitted my access code their times. It just stays on the login page.
