I am unable to log into my account, even after I reset my password, updated the app, uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I'm very disappointed!

I have called and left messages, but I can't get a hold of any nurse 😔

Useless. App will not get past sign in. I've uninstalled, reinstalled, changed my password and nothing works. It will come back with an improper username or password if misspelled, enter correctly, and I just get a wait circle and then nothing.

My insurance company "suggested" I use this app and would receive compensation to be used for OTC medications and other incidentals. They lied. There has been no compensation after using the app for over 6 months. After 2 weeks, the step tracker stopped working, and I have not been able to get it engaged, no matter what I do in the app settings or my phone settings. I will continue to do the daily checklist for the time being, but if the company doesn't keep their end, I will delete the app.
