Our durations and content follow medical guidance (pelvic floor, mental health, return to fitness): recovery is built over months, not a few days.

Health Connect
Optionally, and with your explicit authorization, you can connect Wellmum to Health Connect. Wellmum then accesses only the data you allow:
• Steps and active calories (read): show your daily activity and personalize your statistics
• Weight (read): automatically track your weight over time, without manual entry
• Heart rate (read): put the intensity of your workouts into context
• Exercise and active calories (write): record your completed Wellmum workouts so your other health apps stay up to date

This data is never sold or used for advertising. You can revoke access at any time in Health Connect, or delete all your data by deleting your account.

Privacy
Your data is hosted in France (European Union), encrypted, on GDPR-compliant infrastructure eligible for health-data hosting (HDS).
