Worst app ever I ordered meds on Hyderabad address on 11th estimated delivery date was 14th told them to deliver it on priority basis On15th I called they said order is not dispatched from mumbai warehouse due to shortage (when they were going to inform me?) They cancelled order and recorded from pune warehouse on 16th it was supposed to dispatch but till 18 dispatch he nhi keya .... Terrible experience

★★☆☆☆ I ordered in the morning and still I'm waiting for my order. I have already paid for it. They are charging me delivery fee. The what's app chat agent keep apologizing for technical issues. Pathetic service and app. The store is 10 mins away from home and from morning I'm waiting as I'm sick and cannot go out. They mention that we will get delivery with 2 hours. How can we rely on this type of service in case of emergency. One-star rating is also too much. This was my first time and the last time
