Waterly - Water Drink Reminder is a simple water tracker and reminder app that helps you build a consistent daily drinking routine.

Use Waterly to set your daily water goal, track drinks, receive reminders, and follow your water intake progress throughout the day. The app helps you keep your drinking habits organized, understand your daily intake, and stay consistent with a routine that fits your lifestyle. Alongside hydration tracking, Waterly also includes a simple pulse feature for quick informational readings in your daily routine.

During setup, Waterly asks you to enter your age, height, weight, activity level, and sleep time. Age, height, weight, and activity level are used to calculate your suggested daily water goal and support in-app calculations. Sleep time is used to pause reminders during your rest hours. You can adjust your goal and settings at any time.

Waterly also supports Health Connect. With your permission, the app can read hydration, height, and weight data to help keep your profile information up to date and support core features, including daily water goal calculation, daily intake progress, drink history, hydration statistics, and in-app weight tracking. Health Connect access is optional. You can manage or revoke it at any time in the app settings.

Keep a clear record of your daily drinks in one place. Each entry includes the date, time, and amount, so you can easily look back at what you drank and review past intake when needed.

View daily, weekly, and monthly statistics to follow your drink intake over time, understand your drinking habits, and stay aware of your progress.

✅ Pulse feature
Use your device camera to take a quick pulse reading and view your result along with informational metrics such as HRV and SDNN. This feature is designed as a simple wellness tool that complements your daily hydration tracking.

✅ Weight tracker
Use the built-in weight tracker to log and view weight changes.

✅ Health Connect support
With your permission, Waterly can use selected data from Health Connect to make setup and tracking easier:
Hydration - helps import water intake records, display drink history, show daily intake progress, and provide hydration statistics.
Height - helps calculate your daily water goal.
Weight - helps calculate your daily water goal and keep your in-app weight tracking information up to date.

Pulse feature note
The Pulse feature uses your device camera and flash, where available, to provide an estimated pulse result. It is available on Android devices with a working camera and suitable lighting conditions. Results may vary depending on device model, camera quality, lighting, finger placement, and movement.
