Update: most things are working great now in the app. Only issue I face with daily use is I have to close the app and open it again to view new messages. Sometimes hitting the refresh button works, but it's not as reliable...sc //Since last updates all functions restored. Only consistent problem remaining is the app doesn't show updates to schedule until you've refreshed the schedule page a few times, and sometimes you just have to wait a while regardless before updates show.

I love that I can check on data, work in progress, forgotten check-ins, and more right here at my fingertips. It doesn't have as much functionality as the web app, but that's understood. Oftentimes glitches seem to occur when someone is transferring from Wi-Fi to cell phone data or if the app has not been updated. Very user-friendly and it gets the job done.

This app is horrible. It's cheaper than mind-body I get that. But most days it takes multiple times opening the app to get my actual class schedule or class lists. It constantly just circles or displays a blank screen.

I've gone back to the old app bc as much as that one was broken, this one is worse. My coworkers and I literally cannot schedule people on this new update unless it's a new appt. Forget rescheduling people bc you can't. It won't let me show unavailable staff, and I can't add available time without it wanting me to repeat it on another day. It's horrendous. On the computer it's fine, but bc I do most of my scheduling on my phone it's a nightmare. The lagging is better, but that's literally it.
