Worked good at first, but now randomly deletes my data. Seems kinda important to not delete data when you're monitoring your heart rate every night when you sleep.

Incomplete. This app is not bad for a first try, but the inability to download the data as a CSV or XLSX file is a big limitation. You can download PNGs of the summary, but the only way to get at the actual data is by downloading it directly from the device using a very expensive custom cable. The data is right there in the app, so the inability to export it to a file is a puzzling omission. Hopefully the manufacturer will update the app. Apparently the IOS version of the app does allow data downloading, The ads are intrusive, and unnecessary. Having already sold you an expensive monitor, the manufacturer has a cheek to delay entry to the app every time you use it just to display ads.

While no network coverage, app asks "turn Bluetooth on". It is turned ON. What is off is data. Hence, the conclusion: it is a Chinese Winnie's the Pooh spyware harvesting health data and other sensitive information from unaware users. Uninstalling this spy and returning nearly £200 product to seller. I am not paying to be spied on.
