The only thing Wells Fargo did to Me with No Resolution was taken $652.38 out of my acct. For a Simple Money gram of $100 and happened at the Money Gram in Kroger in Wilburn, Ga. which they Never Straightened out this Over payment. I was placed into a Negative Balance and lost my Acct. The only thing they did was 1.5 yrs. Later willingly Opened an acct for me. Still I never saw that money again 🤷🏻♀️

Old School, I decided that I had to go back old school. I log in online same format just a little bit longer to pay my bills. I have been with them over 13 years. When they say update I did it. It was easy. Now my phone is not compatible to their app go figured. I have multiple accounts. No head up about their situation or service they used to support or provide to all their customers. Oh well, online (old school) gets the job done. Thanks a lot Wells Fargo for your service job well done. Haha
