Despite turning on biometrics, it still forces me to manually enter entire password and username in order to use the app. If you actually utilized the biometrics to log into the app or used a passcode at least, I would give a good rating

Terrible Nobody seems to know what they're doing. Nobody seems to know what is wrong with me. After five ct scans and the endoscopy still nobody knows what's wrong unbelievable

I like what it does but the sign in is annoying. The only thing the fingerprint is good for is when you switch apps, like to read a text and come right back. Yes you have to sign back in, and then you can use the fingerprint. If you close the app and come back a few hours later you cannot use your fingerprint. No you must either have an easy password or a password manager to get back in. No security reason cuts it for me. My banks are ALL easier to use. This is why I hate this app.

The message function is problematic when creating a message it closes the message and returns to the previous screen. Lucky the message is not lost, and you can go back and type a little more before it pops out again.

There's no place on the app to leave a critical review of their horrible treatment experience. Knowing that I'm diabetic, they provide a food supply that has processed sugar in it, resulting in constant (documented) high blood sugar readings and ignore my complaints to change the food formulation. It's an easy fix. One that EVERY diabetic deals with throughout their lives. Their doctors placate their patients agreeing to changes, but DON'T issue the written orders to do so. Steer clear of them
