Automatically rejects when trying to sign up w/ my phone # saying "your info doesn't match our records. Try again or call for help." Apparently they partner w/ insurance plans & "preregister" ppl. So they could've entered your # wrong, or it could come up as incomplete registration. Updates on med providers end can create obstacles within app. Only allowing certain ppl is ableist. This is fkn ridiculous. Ppl are just trying to get some extra cash, & these app creators make it as hard as possible.

I received an update for my phone's UI today & now this app is giving me issues. The circle that shows up while taking photos is now far off to the top right of my screen. So much so that I can not put anything within the circle for the picture. Please fix this.

Bad experience with this app even tho I have screenshots of when I checked in they'll tell you it's your fault you gotta reinstall install or update the app even tho there is no update, so they just take money away I would not use this app
