WellTrack

WellTrack Mobile is the data collection component of the WellTrack natural gas and fluids production data tracking system. The WellTrack system is a subscription service.

Languages: US English, Spanish (Russian, Arabic, and French are in the works)

Some of its features:
o Fully automated data transfer via cellular data service, or via occasional wifi internet access.
o We recommend using a tablet, but this will work very well on an old Android phone.
o Requires little or no training! It tells you what to do using Android speech synthesis (configurable)
o Tracks natural gas production, point-to-point flow, and fluids (bulk or as oil/water), tracks EPA compliance inspections, compressor maintenance, employee time activities, employee vehicle maintenance, and employee expenses.
o Synchronizes the past six month's data between all members of your crew, so vacation coverage is simple.
o Optionally sorts wells and meters according to physical distance with the closest site at the top.
o Much much much more...

!! A subscription to WellTrack is required to effectively use this application. This application only demonstrates the features and behavior of the application in subscription mode.

You can subscribe by selecting "Web Subscriptions..." from the in-app menu.

Any time that your mobile device has GPS turned on, WellTrack might record your GPS coordinates when taking measurements. GPS is very useful, but it records where you are when you take measurements or perform work activities, and some countries presume that this is a privacy violation. Seneca Technologies' stance on this is: privacy is extremely important, and you can turn GPS off, WellTrack will not record your location.

At this time, WellTrack requires a unique email address for subscription services. This means that a single subscription account can only manage services for a single company. We're working on that! Contractors who support multiple companies, for now, can work around this by naming well or meter sites so the name includes the company name.

At this time, WellTrack only supports US measurement systems. We're working on that! WellTrack assumes natural gas is measured in MCF, fluids in feet, inches, and bbls, compressor values in PSI. We expect to support E3M3, therms, metric tonnes, and millibars by September 2016, in time for the completion of Russian, French and Arabic language support. Thank you for your patience.
