The app is convenient and easy to navigate except the bill pay it moves to the side when you're trying to set up pay, so you can't view the amount.

It has gotten worse and worse these last 2 years... won't log you in, says error. Please fix that. It never used to do that. It happens to both me and a friend who has this and when I call, it's somehow MY phone that's the issue even though I don't have that problem with any other log in service. Also tells me there is no endorsement on a check I'm trying to Mobile deposit Even though it says all of that plus 'for weokie mobile deposit only' like they told me to

Consistently locks me out for no reason. It's a known issue by the tellers when I call to have my account unlocked, WEOKIE just doesn't do anything about it.

This is a P.O.S. App is constantly making me change my password, constantly not letting me get on to do my banking needs, constantly forcing me to call my bank, and not allowing me to do my online banking... Which was the whole purpose of adding this app...
