★★☆☆☆ The app is freezing, the stories won't load, and when I contacted customer service, they kept telling me to do what I had already done before contacting them. The app is already updated, my cache is clear from my Google, to the apps cache. I don't know what else to do. I have uninstalled and reinstalled. Nothing else can be done on my part. This is annoying. It won't even accept my payment and I have money in my account.

★★☆☆☆ UPDATE: I recently had to get a new phone. I've been unable to recover my account. I have reached out to customer service, with no response. This is extremely frustrating. I was halfway through the book I was reading, that I have spent a lot of money on. 1 star now. I really enjoy this app. There a lot of books and genres to choose from. I would give it more stars, but I feel that it should not be so expensive to purchase coins/chapters. If it weren't for that I would definitely give it 5 stars.
