Comments on West Tech Shipping for Android

★★★★☆ Kelesha Bertie · Feb 13, 2025

Love the recent app update, but can you guys make the duties' calculator functional and a small tweak? Can you edit the package status because the 'Received' and 'Packed' status both stay on the first green circle instead of moving onto the next one? Other than that, this app is a huge UI and UX update.☺️

★★★★★ fabian · Aug 21, 2022

U actually have to refresh your app by logging out to see any recent update on your packages and keeps showing a blank screen when u logged useless...... edit now I'm seeing some great improvements with your updated app

★★★★☆ Kurn La Montagne · Feb 7, 2025

This new update brought the ability to filter packages by status etc., but we can no longer view uploaded invoices. Next to the "Remove" button, please add a "View" button and this will be perfect. 👍

★★★★★ Jason Julian · Apr 15, 2021

Very nice app love can pay for item online

★☆☆☆☆ Denise Forde · Jul 2, 2026

Very poor unreliable shipping experience, I order my stuff early april 2026 and It's July 2, 2026, and I still hasn't received all my packages... SMH, I will never use this shipping company ever never never never again.

★☆☆☆☆ Yan Gregoire · May 12, 2025

I really wish that I could give them negative 5 stars. The worst customer service experience I have ever received as a matter of fact this company has no customer service at all that why they will always have vacancies for customer service reps. Online support as well is even iller they got me speaking to reps right in India that cannot even help assit to solve an issue.

★★☆☆☆ Lithera Prescott · Aug 20, 2022

★☆☆☆☆ Rebecca Louisy · Aug 4, 2023

The app isn't allowing me to create an account it's asking me for login details when I don't have an account smh.
