This new update brought the ability to filter packages by status etc., but we can no longer view uploaded invoices. Next to the "Remove" button, please add a "View" button and this will be perfect. 👍

Love the recent app update, but can you guys make the duties' calculator functional and a small tweak? Can you edit the package status because the 'Received' and 'Packed' status both stay on the first green circle instead of moving onto the next one? Other than that, this app is a huge UI and UX update.☺️

U actually have to refresh your app by logging out to see any recent update on your packages and keeps showing a blank screen when u logged useless...... edit now I'm seeing some great improvements with your updated app

I really wish that I could give them negative 5 stars. The worst customer service experience I have ever received as a matter of fact this company has no customer service at all that why they will always have vacancies for customer service reps. Online support as well is even iller they got me speaking to reps right in India that cannot even help assit to solve an issue.

This app needs to be flipping updated. It has a bug ìn it. When I try uploading my invoices via the app, it crashes and goes to my home screen. I've restarted my phone uninstalled and reinstalled the app, and it's the same thing. Please fix this
