★★★★★ user-friendly, easy to use. Wish we could collect points not only to redeem to reduce fees, but possible have points that go towards rewards like car rentals or coupons to use when grocery shopping. Update: I see there are more updates which I think will be great, being able to set automatic money transfers would be great for my family needs. Other updates to the app even the look has been nice. However it would be nice to have a verification code sent when sending money or another way.

★★☆☆☆ I can't seem to use my points and I lost all my pints because it lowers down my points, and it didn't apply to my transfer, so I'm very upset.

★★☆☆☆ I cannot receive money through Western Union anywhere here in Canada. Walmart is the only store that receives, but it now requires a debit/credit card that has my name on it. I just received money this same way through Walmart, exactly 2 weeks ago, and this was never a requirement. I went to 4 Walmart's, and they said this policy has been a part of their system since April, which is an absolute lie. I will keep trying Western Union help phone #, with no success I'm sure.

★★☆☆☆ App is good no problem. But please work on the points, bring back how it used to be. it has been over a year now that points stopped and not kicking in. I send money on a regular basis. Points are great help specially customer like me coz every dollar counts. Listen to your clients concern. There are few options now to send money and if this won't be fixed I might look into other options to send money. Customer here for over 5 years. Just saying
