Description by Western University(from Google Play)
INTRO Get a glimpse of campus life in your pocket! WesternU Mobile is your ticket to the Western University experience. Hungry and want to know where to eat? Did you just bike to campus and find yourself in desperate need of a shower? Maybe you’re planning to attend the upcoming Mustangs game, opera, or want to catch up on a bit of campus news between classes? For this and more, WesternU Mobile has you covered.
MAPS We’re excited to announce that we have improved the map experience - and we’ve included new maps! New maps include: Athletics and varsity venues Performing arts venues and galleries Faculty main office locations Public showers Bike racks Additionally, we’ve improved access to the new maps by creating an easy-to-use selector tool.
BUG FIXES We are working to improve the WesternU Mobile experience. If you encounter any bugs or issues, please send them to mobile-apps@uwo.ca.
Please note that one thing we’re looking into currently is improving how the Exam Schedule and Course Schedule modules work. Both modules only pull information for Undergraduate students. For exams, know that only those undergraduate exams entered into the central calendar will appear. If you have an exam that isn’t showing up, you should talk to your academic advisor for more info. To help those who miss this message, when you try to log in, you’ll now see a message similar to this that describes some issues you may face and how to overcome them.
FEEDBACK Please continue to leave a review and offer feedback as we read everything submitted and go through the reviews left here as well. We are aware of issues some users are having relating to the app crashing or missing exam and course schedules and are looking into them.

Western enters the next generation of mobile computing This is one of the best apps a school has to offer! Having Western news and built in LTC data from their APIs makes it the best student app for Mustangs... only thing missing is Western One card features... maybe in the next version?
★★★★★
Great but I can't log in anymore. It keeps saying my credentials are wrong, but I just logged into owl. They're definitely correct. Please fix this!
★★★★★
Impressive app for a university The bus schedule alone is worth a 5-star rating. Makes life much easier for students.
★★★★★
It has EVERYTHING! Bus schedules, campus maps, daily news...it's just perfect

App crashes when trying to view course schedule

I can't log in! I can't log in! It keeps saying "incorrect credentials", even when I put in the right user ID and password.
★★☆☆☆
Works well enough on iOS phones based on previous experience. Unfortunately, on Android devices, the app crashes when trying to log in for the course schedule, and the OWL component is inaccessible in the app due to the "ERR_CLEAREST_NOT_PERMITTED" issue. Otherwise, most other things seem to be working for me. Not sure if these glaring issues will get fixed for Android any time soon (seeing as the last update was about a year ago), but at least iOS phone users have it going for now.
