Friendlest gym I've ever been too! For a co-ed gym this place is exceptional. I'm learning the Antiviral and this time really putting my all into my workout, thanks to the "free trainer"! When I work out I don't feel overwhelmed by the women or the men 'looking' better than me. When I ask M or F questions they have no problem helping me out. I love this place! I visited another local gym on a 2-week pass and no one offered to show me around the gym let alone show me or offer help with the equipment. When I joined the YMCA they were not only friendly, but they were very helpful in showing me how to work the equipment and free weights.
