It Works First of all the app does work for the TV's listed. Initially you have to have your network set. In the settings menu you have to select portable remote. From there you enter the 6-digit code the TV provides you with. Unfortunately it seems many Android apps are very poorly documented and you have to sort of blunder your way through them until you figure out how they work or not!

Turn on tv with remote or button on tv then let tv finish turning on and then it works great. To exit Keyboard press the key under letter P that looks like a "go back" symbol. How do you type antenna channels like 4-2? Cinnect tv to network and it creates the code. Press the person button in the first screen to enter the code. Don't press the person again or it will lose the code. Phone must be in the same wifi network as the tv.

Westinghouse Remote I never could find out what was the six digit code in order for the remote to work . It's an app things should be more simple then that. I looked in back of the television, online and I even called the Westinghouse company. All of these things were a dead end.
