limited but handy - Finds Wetherspoon pubs This app will find Wetherspoon pubs only either near your current location or in a town you specify. The pub info tells you a bit about the pub, its opening times and the facilities available. It is linked to Google Maps so you find the pub. It doesn't tell you anything up to date (special offers, cask beers available) but if you like the Wetherspoons brand, (average but affordable food though good steaks, excellent cask ales) you'll find this a handy app.

Stuck in London Only works with GPS, not with android location services. Having made a GPS fix, only the map view is right; the list view continues to show a list of London pubs.

Useful but flawed on Galaxy Tab 10.1 The application is useful for finding any Wetherspoons Pub - using GPS for where you actually are (so you need continuous GPS and Internet connection) and you can also search for any place to display a list of pubs in the area of interest. However, when using the Galaxy Tab 10.1 once you select the full details of the pub that interests you, you cannot return to the main page, the app forces closure, due to some glitch - this needs addressing for those using Android 3 / Honeycomb. Apart from that, useful for finding a Wetherspoons pub.
