You need a phone number to register first... And without a team, you can't upload anything except PDF in the free version, so pretty limited compared to other clouds providers. The UI is kinda messy too. It is just not made for my services.

I canceled their account on July, and they charged the subscription all of August. When I try to enter the profile since the account was deleted it just creates a new profile, and they don't have any way to contact them

Disgraceful company. Had to create an account with then to get photos I had already paid for. They didn't pay me the courtesy of saying they were about to start charging, rather they racked up costs over 12 months then took over $300 from me. I explained what had happened, that I only used it once to get what I had already paid for, and they gave me no warning, however they said too bad. Immoral and unethical company. STAY AWAY!!!
