Good experience using We vat app in Paris. The best part is to have customer service to answer my questions in the app during the tax refund process. The second-best part is able to track the progress of my tax refund. Certain stores, such as Cartier, Goyard, and VCA, do not accept it. You can go to a department store that sells those brands and buy from there and get an invoice to use We vat.

Total scam, don't waste your time trying this useless service. The customer service will respond but trust in the fact that they know nothing of leaving France. The directions say to generate your form and simply scan upon departure at the airport. There are no such kiosks in terminal 3 of the airport as indicated per airport staff. Also tried leaving from Spain and customs refused to validate the form without producing every single item purchased in their view. Delete & never use.

They didn't process my refund saying there's been some issue and that I'll only get my vat refund 3 months after leaving EU. Once I logged in after 3 months, I find that they've deleted all my chats with the support team and are showing Zero Euros as refund value on the trip. Totally unprofessional crook app. Please don't use it.
