Excellent help with most of your employees. There was one employee whom who not so pleasant. I'm disabled, I can't use my hands, my brother is on my account, I explained to your employee, my condition, and told her my brother was on my joint account, she said, she would not help us, and not take care of my account. I was very disappointed, and my brother was very angry. I told him we should report this incident. We were judged, very quickly.

Worst banking app I've ever used. Had another credit union and major bank for over 20 years, never a single issue. This one I have to remove and re-add and reset every few months-terrible!!

Consistent bugs in check scanning, does not play well with password managers as input fields are not named password manager friendly, and no multifactor authentication on a banking app should be criminal negligence in this day and age.

It constantly tells me I haven't set up security questions when I have. I selected the view to see what my accounts are when I open the app and that's not working no matter how many times I go in and redo the selections to activate it.
