Easy to pick up shifts (assuming there ARE ANY to pick up!), but the Weekly Beat has given "Invalid SSL Certificate" errors for several months now on Samsung's Frankensteined Android 8.1, so the survey box remains blank. I have attempted to uninstall the app completely, then reinstall, but this does not correct the error.

My shifts are not visual for others to see when I put them up.this is the first time this is happening it's been working fine until now

The app is professionally designed, works exactly like it should. It's just that the data the app uses is unreliable. I relied on my work schedule being what interview told me it was (for the current week, not one or two weeks ahead) and the consequences were disastrous. Interview said I worked Wednesday, but leadership told me I worked Thursday. So I showed up Wednesday and was told I didn't work that day. I went home. I went in for a required meeting the next day but had to work a full shift.

Refuses to open keep saying the developer needs to do an update to work with Android. Also, when you try and pick up shifts it constantly fails there is an issue with this that the company is aware of it was supposed to be fixed in January it is now July and still occurring routinely....
