★★☆☆☆ Can't even finish set up. It gets to a point where it asks to pick a few categories, but it's a black screen nothing to select and can't navigate out of it, so I can't even try using the app

★★☆☆☆ I bought so many bags from this platform. Recent purchased 2 LV bags. When I received, I was questioning about counterfeit. I reported sent out to Whatnot to investigate. I received my LV bags, bags back with certificates however, it was sent back from the original seller that I was questioned about. I questioned Whatnot customer care rep, they responded sent to 3rd party. If it was 3rd party then why original seller sent these back?? This wasn't guaranteed money back if it's counterfeit.

★★☆☆☆ Now they literally got my money and took the product back. They Not only had me ship the iteam back, but they never refunded my money. They sale fake merchandise and tell you its authentic. Whatnot uses fake advertisements and say they guaranteed fraud protection. But when I was sold a fake Vlon hoodie they refuse to resolve my issues. They refuse to answer any of my email, even thoe I sent them proof of the fake hoodie. Do not trust Whatnot, it's a scam, and you will not get your money back
