I have such a great time on whatnot! I always find great deals on really good stuff. I love the open candidness of the sellers when there is damage to an item. I also love the connections u make with other buyers and sellers. U can make some new friends while u shop! I always ask people if they've been on if n send them a link. Love love love it!

Worked great when I first downloaded the app, but after the last update, it has been constantly freezing, lagging, and basically being unusable. I've missed out on items because of the app lagging or freezing mid-bid. I've read other reviews stating that this seems to be an issue with Android phones. Please fix this, because I have no plans to go to an iPhone! Update 9/16/23: Another update four days ago and back to the same BS again! Black screen or constantly freezing screen!

Disappointed in recent changes to selling rules, which affects my desire to buy or sell anything on Whatnot any further. Even more disappointed in all the sellers which have abused the app to cause such drastic policy changes. Customer service is fantastic, better than amazon, slightly better than ebay.

With all the fees that whatnot makes the sellers pay, they have no choice but to charge more. So you pay twice the amount if you were to buy it from a store. What a bargain!! Not 👎👎👎
