We've always had a great experience with this app. Never get a wrong food order, mix up or missing items. The food is always delivered on time, never had to wait more than an hour for food. The app is so easy to use also. No complaints honestly. Way better and easier to deal with than the likes of just eat. Honestly using this from now on instead of any other food delivery apps. Would highly recommend.

Their customer service is outrageous. Order came a couple of items short. After a battle driver went back to the restaurant to get the missing meal but refused to take back what we already got - we wanted all of it to come together, hot! We contacted WhatsForDinner's customer service. The worst, the most argumentative customer service I've ever seen. They'll talk over you and act as if they were doing you a favor while charging you €5 for delivery. Deleting the app today and going to competition.

Terrible service and appalling customer care! My experience with this Mayo-based business was beyond disappointing, primarily due to the so-called "manager," who seems in desperate need of retraining or at least a lesson on proper customer service. Due to a glitch in the app, my order was processed twice. I calmly explained the situation, but instead of resolving it, the manager dismissed my concerns and became increasingly rude and condescending when I persisted. He outright refused to issue a
