As a frequent flyer, I try to make my entire flying experience as smooth as possible. This includes getting to and from the airport. Really wanted to try Wheely after seeing the advert several times on my in flight entertainment screen. The app won't let me add my card in. Tried 3 different cards, the app crashes out, says to contact customer service to add a card. Does not complete the registration nor does it give you instructions on how to connect to customer service. Poor execution.

Used to be good. Now just as bad as Uber, Bolt, etc. - miles away from what used to be a slightly more premium service. Pre-booked an airport transfer. Transfer was cancelled 2 minutes before the scheduled time, leaving me scrambling to get my flight. Contacted support and got a generic "sorry for the inconvenience". Nearly missing my flight is not an inconvenience. If you don't know what "scheduled" means and if you're unable to honor bookings, don't offer them!!!

Wheely app is the waist of time. 10 time I have tried to log in. But such a waist of time. I have exhausted. Go back and uninstall the app. Very fad up.
