Disabled and Aged Regional Transportation System (DARTS) is the nonprofit charitable organization that provides door-to-door specialized transit service in Hamilton. Our website is www.dartstransit.com.

The Where’s My Ride application displays up-to-the-minute details on a passenger’s trip. To use the app, you will need your passenger number and password which can be obtained by contacting DARTS at 905-529-1717 or info@dartstransit.com.

The following information is displayed and updated every 30 seconds:
• The current vehicle position.
• Estimated pickup time.
• Vehicle number.
• Estimated time on-board until your destination.

The information shown in the app is estimated and subject to weather and traffic conditions.

The where is my ride app is not working since the last update

Fix this app. Tired of logging in to see where the DARTS van is and the app shows me that the van hasn't left the pick uo location, when in reality, the van is almost to its destination.

After entering the person's traveler number and password, the app fails to load passenger map frequently. The app is often inaccurate due to technology failure with DARTS. I really wish this was more reliable, so I could track my participants' travel more effectively.

Please fix... This is a great app, but it needs a little TLC. The app shows on the map that my ride is right outside my door, BUT the estimated time of arrival is over 40 minutes from now. I looked outside and no ride. PLEASE FIX! This app is so very needed and is great when it works properly. Thanks
