A good app. Lots of information available, most topics free to read. Worth having for unbiased consumer rights & campaigns, legal advice & as a good informative introduction to many topics. Huge range of products tested, but the writing is no longer objective. Often like they copy/paste from adverts with no real life experience. Certain makes can do no wrong even if Google reviews here give low scores. (e.g. Zen Broadband, Bose) Best Buy tumble dryers with remote Wi-Fi control -they are Fire risk!

I have used Which as my go-to guide whenever I am buying any electrical goods, cars, or white goods. Their reviews are always helpful, especially the energy ratings, as I find that they can save a lot of money over time. Everyone should join if they need guidance when spending hard-earned cash. Also, the information they provide regarding scammers is so helpful, especially as technology becomes harder to use the older we get.

Which? App is the worst... that's a statement not a question. It is whoa fully slow to load pages, interactions is a lottery whether it locks up, freezes momentarily or just ignores your interactions, often having to press the back arrow several times before it registers the action. It can take 10 minutes just to get to a review page, and then I dare not apply filters to a search! I end up quiting it and going on to the website. Seriously reconsider before you download this app. 0 out of 10

It is easier and more reliable to log into the website. The search function in the app is not always there. When you look on search results, it more often than not asks you to log into the website, then loses the search results or says "oops something went wrong." I've uninstalled and re-downloaded, but it still mal functions.
