A good app. Lots of information available, most topics free to read. Worth having for unbiased consumer rights & campaigns, legal advice & as a good informative introduction to many topics. Huge range of products tested, but the writing is no longer objective. Often like they copy/paste from adverts with no real life experience. Certain makes can do no wrong even if Google reviews here give low scores. (e.g. Zen Broadband, Bose) Best Buy tumble dryers with remote Wi-Fi control -they are Fire risk!

I have used Which as my go-to guide whenever I am buying any electrical goods, cars, or white goods. Their reviews are always helpful, especially the energy ratings, as I find that they can save a lot of money over time. Everyone should join if they need guidance when spending hard-earned cash. Also, the information they provide regarding scammers is so helpful, especially as technology becomes harder to use the older we get.

Renewed subscription. Already disappointed! App cannot be spanned across 2 screens on Android. I need this when trying to read the magazine. It just crashes. I am using Surface Duo 2 (Android 12L)

I simply can't use it. How about Which? Do a review of shopping apps? That might make you have a think about UI and UX! In v. 2.85.1 STILL no dark mode, STILL no font sizing: in any scrollable list (e.g. categories, search hits) only two items fit on screen. This app is unusable, so I still use Amazon reviews to make my shortlist, then check one or two specific Which? Articles *on the website*. Phone support finds no more than I can. I'm paying £££ for nothing but a (very friendly) Facebook group.
