WhispCal: Calorie Tracker

Every calorie counter gives you a number and leaves you alone with it. WhispCal doesn't.

Autopilot finds your true maintenance calories, then adjusts your targets phase by phase — cut, maintain, build — so you never have to recalculate anything. You log your meals. It steers the journey.

AUTOPILOT — A COACH, NOT A CALCULATOR
Autopilot is the adaptive nutrition program built into WhispCal. It starts by finding your real maintenance — your true TDEE, calibrated from your own weight and intake data, not a generic textbook formula. From there, it periodizes your calories and macros across phases — fat loss, maintenance, reverse diet, lean gains — and recalibrates as your metabolism actually responds.

Most trackers hand you a static number on day one and never look at it again. Autopilot revisits yours constantly. The longer you use it, the more precise it gets. You never do the math. You just follow the plan.

METABOLIC ZONES
WhispCal shows you four calorie zones — Floor, Deficit, Maintenance, and Surplus — so you always know exactly where you stand. A real-time gauge visualization makes nutrition intuitive instead of stressful.

Set a specific daily target or a flexible range. Your call.

LOG MEALS IN 3 SECONDS — VOICE, PHOTO, BARCODE, OR TEXT
Say "two eggs and avocado toast with coffee." WhispCal's voice AI transcribes and logs everything instantly. Point your camera at a plate for AI photo recognition. Scan any barcode for instant nutrition data. Or type naturally and let AI parse the details.

Three seconds. Done. No searching through endless databases. No scrolling. No friction.
