Much improved and delivery is working again. And it's far cheaper to order delivery through the app instead with door dash or Uber Eats because they mark up your items 15% to 20% and charge 5 to 8 dollars to deliver worse than a ripoff that's plain robbery I'll never use door dash or Uber Eats to order delivery from you, it will always be the White Castle app, THANK YOU!

Only wish there was a selection to pay at the counter. After a response to my review, I am bumping it back to 5 stars. And look closer next time for a pay at the counter option. They claim it has been there all along.

7/27/26: Still haven't fixed your pay issues. Now it tells me pay at store. 3/10/26: Still can't pay with PayPal. Google Pay pops up in the minimize area making it difficult to select. Slow, can't order a shake (screen blank), still garbage. 12/20/2025: Slow, can't order a shake (screen blank), still can't pay online. Basically garbage. 12/18/2025: Still can't pay. Google Pay button is over the minimize button on my Android phone and PayPal that's another issue. Last time: Can't select payment.

Only installed the app because the white castle website was broken. Already an infrequent guest, but this makes me not a future guest.

Both their website and app look like they were designed by a middle schooler for extra credit...which they didn't get. The app isn't quite as bad as the website (they have the worst website I've ever used), but it's still really bad. Confusing, rewards disappear, sends orders to the wrong store. They now offer Google Pay as a payment method, but you can't actually use it because the app crashes when you try. Just terrible.
