A unique and fascinating game! I enjoyed it thoroughly. Enable virtual pad and highlight objects in the settings: it makes life so much easier. Even so, controls take some getting used to, but it's not game-breaking. Striking visuals, a noir aesthetic, a disturbing horror tale, and many collectibles really bring the story to life. Quite a challenging experience at times, but the game carries it well; I never felt like rage-quitting. Minimal permissions; well worth the cost. A pleasant surprise.

I waited until I'd finished to write this review. It is an excellent bit of horror, moody with melancholy and terror played by the light and darkness. But I must admit my frustration. The touchscreen controls, oh the controls!! If I'd rate this game lower I would, but you might overlook this game otherwise. But seriously, the finicky imprecise navigation took me out of the horror and into my annoyance with poor engineering. I would often be standing right beside the object I need to interact with, but couldn't because I wasn't facing the right direction. Or I'd walk past an object again and again because I was unable to touch the screen in exactly the correct spot. I tend to be a pretty patient person and an experienced player, so I muddled though it all to the end, but I got the devs take a second look at this port. It's a fine game but the controls gave me hives!

I hope devs actually read people's reviews & already know about the lamp in the library bug. Otherwise, I'd highly advise everyone to stay away from this game as it's honestly just not worth the money. Buggy, horrible controls, MC never responds properly & I always end up wasting matches coz of this. Graphics are okay, appreciate the aesthetics they're trying to go for, but they just add to the bagginess imo. Devs should be more interactive/responsive with players & see to the critical bugs ASAP

How do you get the lamp in the library to move and all the walk-through say Margaret book excert number 2 is in the library right next to excert number 1, but mine isn't....can't find it anywhere ?
