★★★★★
Good app you can talk to random people and open up and not be judged and get help. Someone to talk to and ease the pain

This app is amazing!! Tonight I was in a rough place and tried the 988 website chat and after having issues with that I remembered this app I had no issues getting in and getting my white flag raised. Within minutes, I had people to talk to. Sometimes it's not about resources and medicines, sometimes you just need someone to talk to. So in combination with having people to talk to and the CHOICE for resources, I will definitely recommend this app to others!! Thank you to the creators!!

I think this app is a wonderful resource for connecting with people who experience some of the same things I do. It makes support more personal and relatable which helps when I feel alone; but it also allows you to keep your anonymity. On top of that it also has a resource list of hotlines for those who are looking for help and guidance.
★★☆☆☆
The idea is really good!.but the app itself isn't very great. The interface is a little confusing, and it's SO slow. I think the idea is great, and it can definitely be improved upon by adding way more tags or ways to specifically raise your flag to people with the specific thing you're struggling with. There's an option to add things that aren't there, but not to raise the flag for them. So it defeats the purpose of adding them at all.
★★☆☆☆
Won't let me log in. I enter my phone number, and it brings me back to the same spot over and over again.
★★☆☆☆
The app is good, but the profile editing section is very bugged. If your not from US that section will bug and not allow you to switch your profile picture or edit basic information because it will say that your phone number is "invalid". However your number was already verified and there's nothing wrong. You get stuck in a loop
★★☆☆☆
Not working. Tried to sign in but stuck in a loop of verifying my phone and reopening the app.
★★☆☆☆
Desperately needs a group chat option. The 1:1 method just results in thousands of users raising white flags and no one answering. Also, the matching concept doesn't make sense. For example: a depressive can give comfort to a psychotic person, and a manic can give comfort to a depressive, but two depressives talking to each other just turns into gloomy silence.
