AVOID SCAM Been over 15 days still hasn't returned my deposit had to dispute with bank today 15 days after returning the bike. This company is grimey cheats and liars in my experience. Gave bike to me w dead battery and broken seat had to go back they never helped with battery!!! AVOID AVOID AVOID Just another scammer company

This is the worst company was late w a 50 dollar payment had already paid 800 called n was promised to let bike be repossessed n pu 2 days later w 50 payment plus 250 repo fee so 300 bucks they did not have my bike they accidentally sold it promised in a day waited 5 hrs next day promised 5 hrs more and was offered a new contract by the same guy who promised to get my bike back sooo fast-forward 1000 in n no bike plus they tried to charge my account for full amount horrible

This company used to be good, but they became a scam. They originally had a $30 unlimited fix deal which was well worth it but then started charging $10 just to have the ability to come in for repairs with supposed "lowest cost bike repairs" which couldn't be far from the truth. Now they raised it to $20 per month just to be able to come in for repairs and then charge u more on top of it which comes out to more than places that don't charge you a subscription fee. Cancel Your sub! It's a scam!

Bad experience 3rd st. Philadelphia no available bikes, had to put on order. Picked up the bike, and they had NO available swappable batteries. I found out they did not enroll me in the doordash bonus program!!! They tell me I have to wait a month and restart a new yearly subscription. When I finally got my swappable battery, they did not give or tell me I needed a different charger. Now I have an old charger with the swappable battery and can't charge at home.
