★★★★★ It does what it promises. Scooters are fun and seem very sturdy. In case of problems, support is friendly, quick and understanding. As an added note, their attendants are all human, which means a lot nowadays.

★★★★★ Fast and safety if you know how to drive carefully

★★☆☆☆ Edit again: this year they totally broke location service. Now you may see a scooter on map, stay right in the place and see no scooters 50 meters around. There are way too much such issues. Actually, if you see only one scooter on map, you are almost guaranteed that this is a ghost you will never find. Moreover, now it is cheaper to ride a bus than to ride a scooter for five minutes. And unlike scooter, you will find a bus stop easily.

★★☆☆☆ Nightmare experience trying to use, allowed the first ride and then said it could not allow further rides because of bank, tried different bank cards and same experience. Next day, again allowed one ride before it stopped. Customer service is a joke, any excise to cut you off (will take a long time for a response but if you do not reply within a couple of minutes to them, they close chat) Overall, like a poor persons Lime or any reputable company

★★☆☆☆ Installed but couldn't connect phone number. Tried for 3 days, 2 phones. Rubbish!
