I opened the dispute immediately after the payment, but the funds were still released to the merchant while the case was active. The merchant never responded, and Whop later suspended and terminated them for policy violations. I was then told the merchant had already withdrawn the money, so no refund could be issued unless Whop recovers the funds. Disputed funds should have been frozen once the case was opened. Very disappointing customer protection.

Bro if you guys are now using AI for certain things, at least make it better. I have been suspended 2x and the reason was “phishing” which means I am asking for personal data of other clippers. I've never dm anyone and asked for their personal info nor commented on any content that is considered as ‘phishing’. I was just working for link affiliate and you all banned me for that nonsense reason. And what do you guys mean I have to wait for you all Livestream just to appeal for my suspension?
