Who’s On is free (with ads) but has ad-free and Premium memberships available through subscription. If you choose to purchase Who’s On subscription services, your Google Play account will be charged monthly. You may turn off auto renewal at any time by canceling your subscription in Settings. You may not cancel your current subscription during an active subscription period, and refunds will not be provided for unused portions of the term.

A valid mobile phone number and two-factor verification are required to create a Who’s On profile. At this time we only are accepting users with mobile numbers from North American area codes (+1 country code), and prices are for United States customers. Who’s On plans to expand to other countries in the future, and pricing then may vary depending on local currency and conversion rates.
