WhyHere

WhyHere helps you understand why a place, building, monument, or natural feature exists exactly where it is.

It doesn’t just tell you what you’re looking at.
WhyHere explains the context, function, history, and geographical or cultural reasons behind what you see.

How it works
1. Take a photo or choose one from your gallery
2. WhyHere analyzes the image and its location
3. Get a clear, contextual explanation

What you can discover
• Why a castle was built on that hill

• The historical role of a place within its territory
• The relationship between nature, geography, and human activity
• The cultural meaning behind landscapes and structures

Privacy first
