★★☆☆☆ Most unreliable food delivery that forces u to go through with the order when they can't fulfill entirely. My orders were constantly cancelled & haf to seek last min alternatives becos stores were close, out of ingredients & etc. I can understand when it is rare but for WhyQ, its just bad liaison with stalls, lazy interface for menu & bad service structure. What's worst is the CS call center seemed outsourced & use bad connection, barely understand their accent & scripted replies. Gd reviews r fake!
★★☆☆☆ Avoid this food delivery service at all cost. Orders are always delayed, and food items ordered and always not available. My last order with them was 2 hours late.
