A Wi-Fi manager that can do all the regular stuff plus:
* Automatically connect to open access points as you walk by * Skip "open" access points that are actually paywalls * You can set connect priorities * Differentiate between multiple access points all called "linksys" or "dlink", etc * When connected will automatically check your connection (or say OK to click wall if that rule is set) * Option to exit with or without Wi-Fi enabled * Plays nice with access points you already have setup

"CableWifi" Hotspots are the Scum of the Earth I had thought of this app idea on my own due to the number of times I'd be walking through my city only to have my data connection hijacked by one of those savage cable network paywall WiFi spots. I'm glad to see it already exists!

No more automatic collections to open zones that charge to connect! (And no, just forgetting the irritating network in the settings doesn't work permanently).

It makes you add a password even when you're blocking things this is really silly because on one car ride I can save about 50 then I have to manually go turn them all into pay wall so I won't see them again. Also I got WiFi ruler to prevent me from logging on to stinger networks. Basically I'd like to leave my Wi-Fi on but in a manner that won't connect to a bunch of bogus signals. It seems like WiFi ruler is set up to do the opposite of that it. basically connects to everything it can even if it's dangerous. I want the opposite. Please help dev! I've set drive by to not connect automatically what else should I do?😭 Thanks

Does not work. App allows you to identify networks you don't know the password to. When you choose this setting, App requires you to enter the wifi password you just told it you don't know.

Poor I would give 5 stars and buy the paid version if it had the ability to export for email my list and import it back after a phone format, and if it doesn't ask a pass word for the closed APs... It's closed, I don't have the password. Also a option to automatically disable the wifi when I'm not at specified locations would be great!

Useless wifi connection manager Entered passwords and created rules for all my regular connections, yet to connect to my home wifi I was still forced to manually select my connection and enter the password everytime I left and came back home. Then I am provoked by the message,"Be lazy, let us do it for you next time." Sadly, dispite setting useless connections as "bad" and strictly "do not connect" the app repeatedly reconnects to my neighbors walled connection! Furthermore, even though I've set my connection as "home" and a "preferred" connection and always connect, even having saved my password, I still have to go through all the steps again just to connect. This app has provided no convenience to my wifi experience at all. Uninstalling and seeking alternative.
