So far so good. I cooked 3 meals in it flawlessly while I was at work 20 miles away. No connection issues besides the first initial setup took like 15 min at 97%. It is a basic app but I only bought it to turn on and set the time on the cooker anyway. 5* love it!

Works great if you separate your router's signals (give your 2.4 a different name in the router settings). When you choose "connect" in the app, you have to be quick to choose the 2.4 signal, or the app switch's to "no signal found". My printer did the same thing. You may have to reconnect any other devices that use only 2.4

We go internet through a new company in our town , I went to go connect my wifi Crock-Pot to the new network and it won't let me, keeps telling me this app is not 5G compatible so now I cant connect my crock pot.

We bought the Black and Decker Wifi slow cooker to make cooking easier. Through 3 different internet providers we have yet to be able to connect to the wifi. Now the app tells me " not comparable with 5g".
