As of now works and does what you expect it to do. User experience could be improved when adding your Euro bonus number. After the number(s) have been added and saved for chosen passenger(s), instead of still showing "Add/Edit Euro bonus", it could show the added number(s). I wasn't sure at first, if the number was added/saved correctly until I went back to the view with adding the EB-number. :)

YOU CAN TRUST WIDER. Great company, but read their rules firstly on ticket refunds / flex etc. Greatest company, great app, if there is issues with the flight (technical difficulties) they'll fix and refund, follow EU laws etc. Customer service almost always available. Truly on point as long as you follow their requirements.

Doesn't work, you can't log in or have a user. So every time you are flying you have to add the trip manually. So this app is useless. And you can't either add a trip soo. Don't waste your time with this app.

Horrible mess causing stress! I checked in via the app the day prior to flight, then, when at the "security" boarding pass control, the app only offered to check in (which obviously failed) finally, I had to use the Wider website to get the boarding pass.

This app is useless. Does not keep your profile stored. Every flight has to be manually added even if booked from profile from the website. And currently, once the flight is manually added, the app does not allow check in or even additional information on the flight. When one clicks the flight display, an error pops up saying that the check in is open only 22 hours before the flight. Right now, my flight is in 4 hours.!! They should plainly disable the app for now and re-release it properly.
