Doesn't work on my macbook pro, kies does keeps telling me no device is connected or restart device. kies connected (wired and wi fi) no probs, just click on basic info (in Kies) then the folder icon to see detailed contents

Spotty Application This Android app is spotty as hell. Always a hit & MISS when droid is connect to a Mac. I'm trying to retrieve some files/ images saved on my droid & its not reading the droid no matter if I switch USB ports or cables. The developers need to fix this as the users cannot see our phones.
